SESSIONS, LIVE

RED NICHOLS / FRANCES BERGEN – FIREHOUSE FIVE + 2 / JEANNE GAYLE

Once again Calliope repeated material on CAL 3028 that had been released previously on LP.  Side two of Calliope CAL 3028 with the Firehouse Five + 2 and Jeanne Gayle had been released as side two of CAL 3017.  Readers wishing to review the production script for Stars of Jazz show #67 can view it at our entry for CAL 3017, it will not be duplicated here.  The two labels are presented side by side for comparison.  The only difference is the order of tunes and CAL 3017 had an additional track, ANGRY, that was not included on CAL 3028.
